1. General Manager (F&A)

• Number of posts : 01 Post
• Pay Scale : Rs.32630-1430-66950
• Age Limit : Upper age limit upto 45 years as on 15.12.2009
• Qualification : 1. CA/ICWA/CFA OR Ist Class M.B.A.(Finance) (Full time) with basic degree in Commerce/ Engineering/ Company Secretary Course. Other things being equal, preference will be given to Chartered Accountant. 2. Passing of MSCIT equivalent and above exam. is essential.

2. Chief Legal Advisor

• Number of posts : 01 Post
• Pay Scale : Rs.28700-1235-34875-1365-63450
• Age Limit : Should not be more than 62 years
• Qualification : Should have worked in the capacity of District & Session Judge at least for a period of 3 years
• Mode of Recruitment : Contract Basis
• Period of Contract : 3 years OR till attaining the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.

3. Company Secretary

• Number of posts : 01 Post
• Pay Scale : Rs.36720-1560-71040
• Gross Emoluments: Rs.65,650/- p.m.
• Age Limit : Should not be more than 53 years
• Qualification : Graduate with Associate Membership of the Institute of the Secretaries of India (ACS). – Computer Literacy . Preferable – Degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Mode of Recruitment : Contract Basis
• Period of Contract : The period of contract will be initially for a period of five years and will be considered for extension based on performance.
