- Grade : E-VI/EVIA
- Age : 45 years / 47 Years as on 01.12.2009
Qualification : For General / OBC candidates – Graduation with First class in MSW/MBA (2 years fulltime with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / First class in Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognised University / Institute / Postgraduate Degree qualification in Human Resources Management from reputed foreign universities.
For SC/ST/PWD candidates – Graduation and second class in any of the above Postgraduate qualifications.
