The Institute’s R&D Division is looking for suitable Indian nationals for appointment on the following positions for short-term R&D Projects on contractual basis :

For National Wind Tunnel Facility (NWTF)

1. Research Engineer (Grade II)

• Number of posts : 01 Post
• Pay Scale : PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400
• Age : Below 40 years
• Qualification : M.Tech or B.Tech +2 year experience or MCA/M.Sc +4 year exper

2. Research Engineer (Grade I)

• Number of posts : 01 Post
• Pay Scale : PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600
• Age : Below 40 years
• Qualification : Ph.D or M.Tech + 3 years experience or B.Tech +5 years experience of MCA/M.Sc. + 7 years experience in the relevant areas.

3. Senior Research Engineer

• Number of posts : 01 Post
• Pay Scale : PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600
• Age : Below 40 years
• Qualification : Ph.D +3 years experience or M.Tech + 8 years experience in relevant areas

For Samtel Centre For Display Technologies, (SCDT)

1. Research Engineer/Scientist (Grade I) :

• Number of posts : 02 Posts
• Pay Scale : PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600
• Age : Below 40 years
• Qualification : equivalent (preferred 3 years exp. or Ph.D in Material Science/Engineering/ EE/Che/ME/ Phy/Chm)
