1. Director / Gen Manager (Manufacturing)
- Qualification : BE / BTech (Mech) Ist Class , desirable MTech / ME Production Engg with 15 years experience in the production of aerospace / high precision components involving precision machining , fabrication , welding , heat / surface treatment
2. Gen Manager / Dy. Gen Manager (Administration)
- Qualification : Degree with MBA (Pers. Management / Industrial Relations) , preferably with additional legal qualification with a minimum 15 years experience in general administration in executive cadre in reputed Mfg companies.
3. Engineers
- Qualification : BE / BTech (Mech) Ist Class having hands on experience of 3 years in aerospace / high precision components mfg companies in the following areas . EBW ( 5 years for Diploma (Mech) / QA Mech / Design / PPC / Machine Shop)
4. Supervisors
- Qualification : Diploma (Mech ) Ist Class with 5 years experience in the following areas. Machine Shop / CAM /Surface Treatment
5. Technicians
- Qualification : ITI Ist Class with 2 years experience in the following areas (Turner / Machinist / Fitter)
